Abstract Background Ewing sarcoma (ES) is a highly aggressive malignant tumor most commonly affecting long bones. Extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma (EES) is a malignant tumor with aggressive behavior carrying bad prognosis with pancreas being an extremely rare primary site.
